The Monroe Crossing Mall unfortunately does not have as much stuff as it did when I was a kid. It has changed so much and now has so little. Unfortunately, the one thing that gave it a lot of business (Chic-fila) is moving to hilltop in which I am not complaining because the Hospital only has so many places to choose from which are Jack in the box, Bojangles, Hong Kong, Subway, Papa John, Hilltop bar and grill ( If you want some good fish go there and a club sandwich.). This is not about hilltop this is about the mall, lets get back to it. The mall has a Mexican restaurant, red bowl and a pizza place and as of now Chic Fila until the new one opens. It has a GameStop, a new store that looks like it is going into Rue 21 old store well when I walked by they was working on it. It has a furniture store coming; The best buy is still there, Joann's closed. Let me start by saying, I have been to this movie theater multiple times and hands down they are the best. The popcorn is fresh and the concession has a lot more then the NCG one. They also sale beer and down the row from it is Moes and a few other restaurants in the area. However, they do have stairs leading up to the top of the theater in which are the best seats but they are friendly for those in wheel chairs they can park down below at the front. Tuesdays, tickets are 5 dollars and they also have senior citizens day. They also have reruns of certain movies and shows in which is very cool. I love this theater and how friendly they are here. It is also very clean and their seats rock. You can also go online to get your tickets in which they may be cheaper.
